I'm Chipo Mukonoweshuro - an operations consultant, business coach, trainer and founder of Systems2Scale.

My approach has been shaped by more than 20 years across management consulting, programme delivery, business operations and entrepreneurship.

With a background in engineering and an MBA, I've spent much of my career looking at complex organisations and asking:
